Yoga Wine Down - BEER Edition "BrewGa"
Enjoy this unique single-session “BrewGa” -filled class. Each yoga pose will include your glass and sipping on some beer (wine if you are not a beer fan)! . Make sure to wear loose and comfortable clothing. Please bring your own yoga mat and tension strap to class.
