Historically, a fundraiser held by the 1889 Foundation in 2023 the 1889 Foundation and the Penn Highlands Community College Foundation partner together to make a Recipe for Success. Proceeds from this event benefit scholarships and culinary scholarships at Penn Highlands Community College.
