The Rec Expo is a super interactive day that invites all organizations, groups, clubs, and park representatives to bring their equipment, crew, and passion to show-off to our community members. Basically, we are tired of going to Expo’s where you walk up to a table, grab a brochure, and move along. This event is meant to get people truly involved; trying out equipment and figuring out if any of these crazy activities are something they can really dive into. A few of the organizations we have lined up so far are Paintball, Therapy Horses, Geocaching, Canoe Club, Trail Representatives, and Yoga Instructors. *Organized by Alleghenies Unlimited Care Providers, The Center for Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, You in Flood City, and The Community Foundation for the Alleghenies.
