Renew your energy for fall through practice of revitalizing Quigong forms and a Yang-style short form of tai chi, students will discover how to free energy, reduce stress, build strength, balance, and stamina. Wear flexible soft-soled shoes and loose clothing. Prior experience in tai chi not required.
