Do you need Yoga’s benefits of stretching & relaxation, but have trouble getting up
from the floor? This class is for you. Adriann instructs her students in basic poses &
stretches to strengthen your mind and body with a chair for balance. Wear clothing
that allows for movement Please bring a yoga mat and a yoga strap.
