The Knee Center for the Study of Occupational Regulation (CSOR) at Saint Francis is thrilled to announce that research pioneer Dr. Dick Carpenter will be speaking at Saint Francis on April 24th. The event is free and open to the public. Dr. Carpenter, director of strategic research for the Institute for Justice, works with IJ staff and attorneys to define, implement and manage social science research related to the Institute’s mission. "Dick is one of the pioneers of research on the effects of Occupational regulation," said Dr. Edward Timmons, Director of CSOR.
